Al Johnson
Bowen, Miclette & Britt of Louisiana, LLC, a leading insurance brokerage firm with more than 25 years of serving customers throughout the U.S., is proud to announce the association of Al Johnson, Jr. Al comes to us from the Liberty Mutual Group with 23 years of safety experience, including an extensive background and specialization in construction, marine and fleet safety.
Al brings to Bowen, Miclette & Britt a broad, diverse safety background with strength in identifying potential problems, developing cost-effective solutions, and advancing result-oriented action plans to assure the satisfaction of our customers. Al’s understanding of safety concerns additionally extends to workers’ compensation, general liability, property liability, inland marine, and commercial automobile insurance matters. In addition to his core knowledge and specialization, he is experienced in excavation and trenching safety, fall arrest systems, tractor trailer safety, and warehousing safety.
Al’s numerous accomplishments as a safety expert include facilitating safety inspection, training, and evaluations at “Ground Zero” in New York City after September 11th, having trained several hundred supervisors and project managers in various safety awareness workshops, and completion of OSHA’s 10 hour Training certification. He is experienced and understands the issues and concerns facing businesses large and small.
Al is a Louisiana native who holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from the U.L.L. (formally University of Southwestern Louisiana).
