In 2009, a new member benefit will begin. This benefit, the "Final Friday" series will feature various speakers in a related environment. It gives the members an opportunity to learn about topics pertinent to our industry while at the same time networking with our peers.

This panel will speak about Contract Negotiations – Indemnity and Insurance Obligations. The topics will include: Contract Formation, Indemnity Obligations, Insurance Requirement and Legal Liabilities for Breach.
