John L. “Jack” Donahue, Jr. was inducted into the Louisiana State University (LSU) Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering Hall of Distinction during an April ceremony at the Lod Cook Alumni Center in Baton Rouge.
LSU’s Hall of Distinction recognizes individuals who have made substantial contributions to the profession.
Donahue is chairman and CEO of Donahue Favret Contractors, Inc., in Mandeville, and serves as a state senator representing District 11. Donahue earned a civil engineering degree from LSU in 1967.
