The Workplace Safety Awareness Council was awarded a Federal Grant to develop and deliver training on OSHA’s new standards. These grant funds will pay for attendance in several training classes. The next free training will be held here in New Orleans on July 17th at UNO’s Lindy Boggs Center. At this workshop, you will learn about OSHA’s newly revised electrical standards and changes to OSHA’s personal protective equipment, hazardous locations and NFPA 70E.
