The Breakfast with the Barristers, Part II was held at Portobello's Cafe' on Friday, June 27 and had over thirty Bayou Chapter members in attendance at this seminar.
Guest speakers for the morning breakfast were Michael F. Weiner, Esq. and Mark Frilot, Esq. of the law firm of Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC. The topic was on Collection rights and practices on public and private construction projects and the proper and timely preservation of statutory claims under the Louisiana Private Works Act and Louisiana Public Works Act.
