The Management Ed luncheon was held at the Bayou Chapter on July 14th and had several Bayou Chapter members registered for this seminar.
Guest speakers for the seminar luncheon were Terrence L. Brennan, Esq. and Keith J. Bergeron, Esq. attorneys with the law firm of Deutsch, Kerrigan & Stiles, LLP. They specialize in construction law and handling construction disputes before courts, arbitration panels and mediators.
The speakers reviewed the recent changes to the AIA documents and discussed how the changes may affect construction projects and what to be aware of when using the revised AIA documents.
