The next time you visit the Bayou Chapter office, you might see a few new faces running around.
The Bayou Chapter of ABC is pleased to welcome Claire Nettles as its new Director of Workforce Development. Claire is a native of Folsom, Louisiana who spent the last four years as Director of Volunteer Services with Habitat for Humanity in St. Tammany West. She also has four years of teaching experience in various venues.
Claire is currently searching for an apartment on the south shore and looks forward to making this her home. She welcomes any insight, suggestions and help to make this the best ABC Chapter around. She can be reached at claire@abcbayou.org or by calling the ABC Bayou Chapter office.
Joining Claire on the Workforce Development team is Jason Foster, the new Training Manager.
Jason is in school at Louisiana Technical College — Reserve campus studying in the P-Tec program. Jason is not new to the construction industry. Prior to joining the staff of ABC, he was the owner of Full House Construction and has worked with the United State Government, Bridges Builders, Gulf South Machine and B & M Construction. Jason, his wife and three children live in Ponchatoula,
He will be the central contact person for our instructors and students. His office is in the welding building and he works nights.
