The ABC New Orleans/Bayou Chapter is pleased to welcome Melissa Hurst as the new Director of External Relations.
Melissa will be responsible for Chapter membership, communications, and special events. Her background consists of 10 years servicing the construction industry as a business consultant. She has spent the last several years providing human resources and technical training to the industry. Through her past efforts, and current responsibilities, Melissa is committed to the rebuilding and growth of our community and will strive to assist the continuing efforts of the Bayou Chapter.
Melissa, a native New Orleanian, currently resides in St. Charles Parish with her husband and two children. She is a Saints and Hornets fan, and enjoys reading and running in her spare time. Melissa welcomes any insight, suggestions and help to achieve Chapter goals and membership expectations.
