The first Breakfast with the Barristers was held on Friday, April 4th at Palmetto’s Restaurant. Over thirty Bayou Chapter member were in attendance for this very informative seminar.
The guest speakers for the morning breakfast were Michael F. Weiner, Esq. and Mark W. Frilot, Esq. of the law firm of Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC. The breakfast is designed to equip project personnel with tools for the proper documentation of a project. The first part examined “contract documents” - documents that describe the work to be performed and the relationship between the parties.
